Intelligent Machines (iMachines) is a start-up company providing high technology systems based in Patras, Western Greece. The purpose of the company is the design and development of industrial unmanned systems and distributed sensor networks. iMachines wants to replace the human factor in hazardous and difficult tasks by intelligent systems with the aim of increasing safety and reducing costs.
The offered systems / solutions are characterized as "work platforms" because they can accommodate a wide variety of sensors and tools, depending on the needs and requirements of the end user. Easy switching of sensors and tools is a key design principle of end systems. The offered systems can be classified into:
• Aerial Unmanned Vehicles (AUVs)
• Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs)
• Remote Operated Vehicles (ROVs)
• Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs)
• Distributed Network Sensors (IoT, LORAWAN, MQTT, etc.)
The final data deliverables are offered through cloud technology tools with the aim of increasing speed, security and ease of access from anywhere in the world, at any time.
iMachines was founded in 2017 by engineers specializing in the fields of robotics, sensors and micro-electronics. The company is constantly working to increase the quality of its services and the evolution of the expectations of its customers and partners.
